- 2 Tbsp Real maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large chilled bowl, blend 1 pint of heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or immersion blender until it doubles in size
- Add maple syrup and mix until well blended.
- Add powdered sugar and cinnamon mix until blended.
- Continue blending until the mixture is light and fluffy.
