package of Instant Vanilla Pudding mix

Sherry Wine or a white wine

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan or anther baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add in all ingredients and beat using an electric mixer for 5 minutes and until thoroughly mixed.
Pour mixture into your bundt pan or another baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until done. Tip: Test doneness by inserting a toothpick that when removed is clean.
Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack. Allow to cool before removing from the bundt pan.
Dust top with powdered sugar. Best when served with a dollop of whipped cream.
